By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory Irish or EU law, including statutory consumer rights.
3. This website is informational
We describe the product as designed and built. We do not claim that EyeSay diagnoses, treats or cures autism or any condition, and we make no claim of proven clinical superiority over other AAC approaches.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that harms us or another user;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system, or probe or scan it other than as invited by our responsible disclosure policy;
- introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on the site by automated means;
- scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site to build a competing or derivative service.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, layout, design system, illustrations, diagrams, product interface imagery, the EyeSay name, wordmark and mark — is owned by Prodia Systems Limited or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights. Trade mark clearance for the EyeSay brand is in progress.
You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial information, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Any other use — including commercial reuse, republication or use to train a machine-learning model — needs our written permission.
6. Third-party links
Where we link to another website, including the EyeSay console at console.eyesayaac.com, that link is for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we do not control, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including product descriptions and early-access availability, without notice. Product features described here may change before general release.
8. Liability
We provide this website with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss arising from your use of general information on the site without taking appropriate professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice, and the storage this site uses is inventoried in the cookie notice.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of habitual residence, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page identify the current text, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
If you hold or want an EyeSay account, see the platform terms of service instead — they govern the product, not this website.
