1. Copyright
© 2026 Prodia Systems Limited. All rights reserved. Except where stated otherwise, the copyright and database rights in this website and in the EyeSay software — including the text, page structure, layout, illustrations, diagrams, interface designs, symbol treatments, documentation and source code — are owned by Prodia Systems Limited or licensed to it.
Copyright subsists automatically under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and equivalent law in other jurisdictions. No assignment or licence of any right is granted except as expressly set out below.
2. Trade marks and brand status
EyeSay, EyeSay AAC, the EyeSay aperture mark, the EyeSay wordmark and the tagline “Their world. Their words. Their voice.” are trade marks of Prodia Systems Limited used in the course of trade. Prodia and Prodia Systems are trade marks of Prodia Systems Limited.
Other product, company and organisation names appearing on this website may be the trade marks of their respective owners. Their use is nominative — for identification and comparison only — and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
3. What you may do
- View, download and print pages of this website for your own non-commercial reference, or for the internal use of a family, school, clinic or service supporting a communicator.
- Quote short extracts with attribution to “EyeSay AAC, Prodia Systems Limited” and a link to https://eyesayaac.com, for reporting, review, teaching, research or criticism, in line with fair dealing.
- Print and use the practitioner resources published in our professionals section for the purpose stated on each resource, keeping any notices intact.
- Link to any public page on this website without asking us first.
4. What you may not do
- Reproduce, adapt, redistribute or republish substantial parts of this website or the EyeSay software commercially, or as part of a competing or derivative product.
- Use the EyeSay or Prodia names, marks or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, certification or official status, or that could confuse a family or service about who is responsible for a product.
- Alter, recolour, redraw, animate or combine our marks with other elements, remove copyright or trade mark notices, or present modified material as ours.
- Systematically scrape, mine or copy this website to build a dataset or to train a model, except where the law expressly permits it and our website terms and machine-readable directives are respected.
5. Third-party and open-source material
This website uses third-party and open-source components under their own licences, including the Atkinson Hyperlegible typeface family, which was created by the Braille Institute of America and is used under its open font licence. Those components remain the property of their authors, and their licences prevail over this page in respect of that material.
The service providers behind the website and the console are listed in our service provider register.
6. Infringement and takedown
If you believe material published here infringes your copyright, trade mark or other right, contact us with enough detail to identify the material, the right you rely on, and your contact details. We will acknowledge within 5 working days, review promptly, and remove or correct anything we cannot properly justify.
