Start in the private EyeSay Console.

Begin here on the website, then create your account and complete setup in the Console. No form fields or communicator details are included in the setup link.

1. Create the adult account

   Create or sign in to the adult account in the private Console. A Parent or Guardian sets up a child's profile; an adult communicator can set up their own. A professional role alone does not authorize creating a child's profile.

2. Set up the communicator

   The Console asks for communication basics such as a preferred name, language and access method. Do not enter a child's diagnosis or clinical history on this public website.

3. Build the Communication Team

   Invite another Guardian, teacher, therapist or support professional from the Console. A role describes the relationship; access requires explicit authorization, not just a role label.

4. Confirm service entitlement

   The Console checks service entitlement before issuing a new activation code. Billing remains separate from communication authority and must not disable an already-activated person's local AAC voice.

5. Activate the Android device

   For an available, approved Android build, generate a short-lived one-time code in the Console and enter it once on the device. The app receives its own device credential, never the Guardian password or login session.
