1. About this register
Providers here act as processors on our instructions under Article 28 GDPR, except where noted otherwise. We maintain this register and update it when a provider is added, changed or removed. It accompanies the privacy notice.
2. Public website (eyesayaac.com)

There is no analytics provider, no advertising or marketing platform, no tag manager, no session recorder, no chat widget, no email marketing platform and no external font or script host on this website. Fonts and assets are served from our own origin.
The early access form on this website is currently a non-persistent staging form: it does not transmit your entry to any provider. If it is later wired to a store, that store will be a lead-only table with no access to communicator data, and this register will list it first.

4. On the communicator's device
Two things happen on the device rather than at a provider, and both are worth naming because people reasonably assume otherwise:
- Speech output uses the voices built into your operating system or browser. Whether a request leaves the device is determined by your device vendor's own voice implementation, and is governed by their terms and privacy policy, not ours.
- Browser speech recognition, if you enable a listening feature, is provided by the browser. Some browsers process this in the cloud under their own policy. We do not receive the audio, and where the capability is absent the app offers a clearly labelled manual mode instead.
Local message history, Show Me photos and app settings are stored in the device's own browser storage and are not sent to any provider.
5. What we do not use
- no advertising networks, ad SDKs or data brokers;
- no cross-site tracking, fingerprinting or audience-matching services;
- no emotion-recognition or behavioural-inference service;
- no data enrichment or lead-scoring provider;
- no sale or sharing of personal data.
6. Changes to this register
We update this page when providers change, and the version stamp at the top moves with it. If you are an account holder and want advance notice of a new provider, email contact@prodiasystems.com and we will add you to the notification list.
